I thought you didn't have a charger? If you do have one, post a pic of it... I know of 2 different Electronic automatic timers that can be installed on Club Car chargers that will convert them into "smart" chargers without having to buy a new charger......

OK rabbit, I'll bite. What does the schematic for the charger fix look like?
I checked voltage on the pack today, I have no idea how long these Trojan 8V batteries have been sitting but they varied from about 4.7 to 7.6 volts each.
I'm worried about sulfate on the plates. Is there any way to hit them with a 12v charger? I have a 6/12V float charger and a 12V 2/12/70 Automotive charger.

There are 2 different schematics based on which fix you use. The schematic comes with the board but Scotty would have to know which charger you have in order to know which board you would need. Unfortunately, you don't have a charger already but if you can locate one (personally I would check the for sale section for one), then I am sure we can assist you in getting it to work for your cart.
