Default Looking to buy a 2007 cc Precedent.. Any Advice?

I found this one for $4200 with new trojan T-1275 bat's. Is that a reasonable price for this cart? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Any thing I need to check on the cart or ask the salesman before I buy?

Let's see, it looks in good shape, has a backseat, lift kit, wheels/tires, and a light kit. Got anything else added to it? I'll put it this way, I've seen similar in the same price range, but I also know for a fact you can find them cheaper. And, if you are willing to do the work yourself, you can save even more by buying a stock cart and starting with that. Brand new batteries might make me tempted to say it's close on price, considering retail.

Thanks for the help Salt, I'm in Louisiana and the only other place I've found them besides this one is at Beaumont, TX. And they are only a few hundred cheaper but with older bat's.

Looks very similar to my '07. What motor is in it? Is the roof the same color as body? Is the rear seat a flip/flop? Does it have rear seatbelts? Just how new are the batts?

Like the previous poster, it does look nice enough. I have found cheaper ones than mine, but getting it to my house was a consideration. I also got a one year warranty (except batts). I drove it home.

Check my profile out and look at my pics. I paid $4000.00 for mine, just the way it is.

Tell us! I looked all over and this was the best one for the money that had everything I wanted at the time. I could have got a stock one for around $1900, but I don't have the time for the upgrades. I also liked the warranty and it drives fast!

It's great you got a good deal!

I didn't get a great deal, just an average one. But, by buying and installing my accessories and doing the work myself, I have less in mine than if I bought it already setup this way. I see them listed in the 4K's around here all the time that are similar to what you guys have - so I don't think you paid too much. Especially if you don't have time to deal with the mods.

Seriously consider the amount of mods you want to do. If you are honest with yourself and plan to do alot, get one cheap (got mine under $3K) and then you wont feel as guilty upgrading parts that still have a useful life.

Hey Salt,
What happened to the OP? Yeah I agree with you about doing the stuff yourself. My problem is all about having the time to work on my cart. Between work and family and everything else life dishes out, if we have time to ride the thing, we are lucky
