100% sure that they are 6 volt.

Re: just put new battery's in
Nothing more frustrating then buying a cart and having issues with it. Just measured the voltage and it is at 36.9. That is with riding it around all weekend.

Re: just put new battery's in
You could put a car charger on it but only do 2 batteries at a time unless you have a charger that does 6 volts and you could do each one separate. Just remember that 2 batteries make 12 volts so the first of the pair should use the positive terminal then on the 2nd battery use the negative post to connect to, that isolates those 2 from the pack and will use the normal 12 volt charger. remember its a chain so those 2 batteries must be the 2 that are connected by a short cable.

Re: just put new battery's in
I just sent an email to delta q as they are the maker of the charger. I have been searching the internet and nobody seems to know how to fix this issue. If they can't help me then I guess I will try to sell this cart for a different brand. UGGG

Re: just put new battery's in
Just got off the phone with Delta-Q and the tech told me that the charger will only work with Trojen-T105 battery's. He said that my only option would be to replace my new battery's. Are their any other chargers out there that I can use?

Re: just put new battery's in
you need to get a different tech on the line.... there is no way that the charger can tell who made the batteries.....
Let me see if I can find a diagnostic flowchart for that model charger.... |

Re: just put new battery's in
LED FAULT CODES:
RED FLASH: Light turns on briefly, but does not flash after that - check for valid AC voltage. ONE RED FLASH: One flash, a pause and then again one flash and a pause - Charge Enable Fault: poor contact in the DC connector or dirty contacts or Battery Temperature Fault: battery temperature is greater than 122° F (50° C) or less than 14° F (-10° C). TWO RED FLASHES: Two flashes, a pause and then again two flashes and a pause - Battery Voltage Fault: Battery pack is less than 36.0 Volts or more than 67.2 Volts. Battery pack is too discharged or over charged for the charger to work. THREE RED FLASHES: Three flashes, a pause and then again three flashes and a pause - Battery Charge Time-out: Charge time exceeded 24 hours. This may indicate a problem with the battery pack or that the charger output current was severely reduced due to high ambient temperatures. FOUR RED FLASHES: Four flashes, a pause and then again four flashes and a pause - Battery Fault: Charge time exceeded. This indicates a problem with the battery pack voltage not reaching the required nominal level within the maximum time allowed. SIX RED FLASHES: Six flashes, a pause and then again six flashes and a pause - Charger Fault: An internal fault has been detected. If this fault is displayed again after unplugging the charger’s DC power cord and plugging it back in, the charger must be taken to a qualified service center. Have you checked the voltage at the recepticle? Seems like the 2 flash means low voltage |

Re: just put new battery's in
In one of my previous post I mentioned that error code and what my voltage is. It falls right in the range where is should be charging.

Re: just put new battery's in
i know you might have covered this already but when things act up with no good reason sometimes it pays to start looking from the beginning........are you certain you didn,t put a cable on wrong? like pos to pos or neg to neg? something dumb like that.....you have both 10 gage wires for charging hooked to the right batteries?................................
