It's possible that you may have already damaged those 2 batteries, just no way to know for certain. what we do know is that you are using the accessories more than can be reasonably sustained from just running off 2 batteries. A voltage reducer will take the entire pack voltage and drop it to 12v constant.
Personally since you have said that you are somewhat clueless I would suggest taking this one to a dealer to have him install a reducer. Since that cart has the factory light harness in it, it likely has a State of Charge Meter in it as well, and when you go to install the reducer, you are going to have to do some rewiring of the cart because of the State of Charge Meter sharing the common ground wire with the 12V circuit. |
