Default My Boys First Cart Rebuild

My son bought his first 1995 Ezgo Medalist, 200.00 and the body was destroyed...So I helped him rebuild it. We are 90 percent done so here's the pictures.....

Body Removed

6 inch lift kit and tires added

New Dash

New Steering Wheel

New Dash Installed with Radio

Body Installed

Let Me know what you think... All I have left is rewiring the whole cart, the guy we got it from had it rigged up. had the main micro with orange wire from controller and black wire from solenoid... i found 2 micro switches bad so I ordered them.

Sweeeet!!!! I too like the dash a lot. Does it interfere with the passengers legroom?

Looking good ... I thought it was finished.

We like to wire them up and make em run before we put the bodies on. All those goodies just make it harder to wire.

To be honest, It was running fine and I ran all new 4 gauge wire, and I thought I was finished. I wired everything up... put the body on it and, realized that the wiring was all out of wack. Guess I couldve left it the way it was but wanted it done right... So got the wiring diagram and started checking things out and before I knew it, bad foot pedal micro, and f/r micros were bad.... then tried to figure where the wires that he cut were suppose to go, but I think im good now.. so soon as i get the switches in Ill just mount them.... So no big deal...

Also the solenoid wire that goes across the small terminal is missing, should i put one on it or do you think im good without it?

And for the dash, there's plenty of leg room.... Not a bad first cart for a 14 year old...

Thanks for the comments
