EZgo Melex
i have brand new batteries and a new charger and im a little confused on what to do...Do i let the batteries die completly before a charge and if not or if so how long do i charge it for. the new batteries are already installed in the golf cart. im just not sure if the battery charger has an automatic shut off or if it keeps charging and will burn up my batteries.

Re: EZgo Melex
All chargers built in the last 25 yrs have auto shut off.
The short answer is no, do not deep discharge your batteries. New batteries should be charged BEFORE use. Go to my web site by clicking the link in my signature below this post, and read every page in the main menu that has the word Battery in it Welcome to BGW! |
