Question NO Tag

I have a 2007 EZ Go that has no tag on it for ID, there is a serial # under the charging port 2460588 and PDS on the side of the cart it is 36 Volt and this is where my knowledge ends, any information would be helpful.

Look inside the passenger glove box or on the frame behind the batteries.

The number(246058 indicates a 2007 TXT PDS.

So, TXT is the body style of the cart vs. Marathon, RXV etc. PDS is the drive electronics, meaning it is a sepex system vs. a series system. Your forward/reverse selector should be a switch on the dash and there should be a run/tow switch on the controller cover under the seat on the passenger side. It is important to put the switch to "tow" whenever pushing or towing the cart and whenever doing any maintenance on the electrical system.
Trouble shooting is different for series and sepex systems and the motors/controllers are not interchangeable so it is important to state that you have a PDS cart when asking questions on the forum.

Welcome!

Dont always go by what the body says on the side . Dealers and folks have been known to put another body on if it is damaged. always use the frame serial number for anything younger than 2001.
Just to make sure, your forward reverse switch is a rocker on the dash. you should'nt have a lever down by your leg.

Thanks it is the rocker, there are two rivets in the glove box as if there could have been a tag at one time.

There should be another tag on the cross member behind the battery well.
You have to lift (fold back) the plastic piece covering the back part of the rear batteries.

Go to the bottom STICKY: at the top of this forum and you'll find some interesting reading.
