White wire in turn signal wiring
In wiring my turn signal it appears that there is a white wire that attaches to the light bulb inside the turn switch assembly. It looks like this light acts as turn signal reminder, like inside your car. The only problem is that this white wire is not shown on the instructions.
Any idea where to connect this to make the light work? |

Re: White wire in turn signal wiring
I have never installed turn signal but if it is for the lamp in the switch assembly, it must get it's signal from pulse of the flasher unit somehow . . . use your VOM on the flasher terminals and see which one shows a pulse regardless if left or right is selected and that may be a place to connect white wire . . . just my wild a** guess . . . maybe someone has better info . . .
