Re: 02 48v clicks but no go
Thanks, JohnnieB.
Just so I'm sure, I need to connect 1 side of the probe to Pin 2 and the other side to Pin 3? |

Re: 02 48v clicks but no go
With the key on and peddle up. I get .44v. With the peddle all the way down I get 5.3v

Re: 02 48v clicks but no go
Hopefully, somebody that knows what the ITS voltages should be on a AXE400 will chime in.
(You might want to PM Scotty or give Alltrax a call.) All I know for sure is that the pin numbers on a Alltrax aren't the same as they are on a stock (Curtis 1206) controller. |

Re: 02 48v clicks but no go
JohnnieB, I have 2 questions
1. Should the 2 and 3 pins be disconnected when testing? I did not. I just put the probes down the sleave while it was connected. 2. What is the KSI? Thanks |

Took me awhile but found out pin 1 = KSI = Key Switch

Quote:
2. KSI = Key Switch and Interlocks. Basically, the solenoid activation circuit, but the voltage also turns on the controller in some applications. |

Re: 02 48v clicks but no go
I have removed the ITS once but it has been a while. Is it better to go from the top(under floorboard) or from underneath?

Re: 02 48v clicks but no go
The ITS Access is from the top which is under the floor mat.... not the easiest place to access considering how badly the rocker bolts rust, On older carts just cut or drill them and replace later with 1.5x1/4 carriage type bolts if they won't come free.
The control does set the ITS operating voltage, Alltrax has chosen to use 10v peddle up and 6v down. |

Re: 02 48v clicks but no go
Thanks Scotty,
With the readings I'm getting, does that mean the ITS is bad? |

Opened it up. No water or moisture. .44v peddle up. 5.3v peddle down.
