Don't know a whole lot about these
Just purchased this cart, and thinking it needs some help. The batteries are only a yr old but they are Costco batteries, doesn't sound good! Also battery well is almost rusted out, which I will replace soon. Cart actually seems kinda gutless so I'm gunna go to 48v. I frequently have passengers and a full Yeti in a pretty hilly area. What would y'all do to get a little more battery life and a lot more pucnch? Cart also has Jakes 6" drop axle lift. Is that a good thing? Thanks folks!

That is a nice looking cart. It has the look now it just needs the go! You can make it 48v, this will increase the motor output by 30% more torque and speed. Which drive system do you have? PDS has toggle switch on the dash for direction selection & series has a lever down by the driver's knee.

A bigger controller will allow the motor to access more amperage which will produce more torque.
Higher voltage and a bigger controller will give you the biggest bang for the buck. Upgrade the F&R and Cables too to avoid any bottlenecked amperage supply line problems. |

Thank you so much, I guess the stock motor will handle this? Any place you recommend getting all of this?
