i took picts of old batterys and re installed them the same way they have them running in series i did test the neg and pos post going to the motor and i am getting 53 volts not sure what its suppose to be but thats what the dealer was saying is that theres a problem in speed sensor. possiblity is that something easly to fix heard him say could be around 200 to 300 dollars to fix.

I think the charging port should read what the entire pack voltage is, 53. There may be a diagram above in the stickies.

If the pack reads 53 and the charger port reads 39 then the charger wires are not hooked up correctly. The charge port should read the same as the pack.... Looks like the charger is only connected to 5 not 6 batteries. Or something like that?

If all you did was unhook the bat cable it should be an easy fix. The only two posts that should have multiple wires hoohed is the main plus and main negative terminals (unless you have accessorries that run off 12 volts like lights).

You either hooked up to wrong bat on a cable or two or something is still dangling is my guess.

Fixed! Thanks guys I learned a lot in a week lol the charging system was fine actually got battery's to a full charge of around 62 volts! The speed sensor was bad also causing the cart to be in limp mode. Now Cart runs 19 mph when I bought the cart it had the fourth code programmed now gonna lift it and c if I like only having the four battery's and see how lOng a charge will last me. Then may do a controller and a motor upgrade but really need to get 20 miles on a charge at the hunting camp!
