97 CC no go
If yiou leave it over night it will move under its own power , but after 30 to 40 seconds it just slows down and no go .
It does this in reverse and forward and ideas ? Vglide with controller mounted up side down under the back hatch and it has only one big coil in the back and two solenoids. MATINWi |

Re: 97 CC no go
Check voltages of each battery and post.
Also, a load test would be good. |

Re: 97 CC no go
It's not uncommon for a brand new battery to have a bad cell.
Happened to me once actually. All it takes is one bad cell to shut a cart down. |

Battery pack is fine ... Any trouble shooting for a Regen 1 cart would be great

Re: 97 CC no go
jake was correct to start with the batteries
the way you describe it Quote:
1) make sure battery cables are correctly hooked up and you are not running on just 12v 2) make sure batteries are topped up with water 3) take voltage reading for battery pack & post pack voltage 4) take voltage reading for each battery & post voltage 5) place batteries on charge and when it shuts off check batteries & post pack voltage 6) let it sit 12 hrs then take voltage reading for battery pack & post pack voltage 7) take voltage reading for each battery & post voltage if all readings are good and cables correct we can go to the next step but if cart ran fine before "All brand new Trojans less than a week old" were installed it shows that something with the batteries or wiring is wrong |

Re: 97 CC no go
Once again the BGW community came through A big thanks ,, Scotty B, Tahoedawgz71, Jake and Crash you guys rock ... After I checked all the batts and cables I went on to check the next step .It was the Regen Solenoid drawing down the power , I replaced it and it runs great ....
Now is it possible to remove the Regen all together on this cart it sounds like crap when slowing down not to mention its such a pest when you just want to slow down for a second and then take off again ... I just want to mention that im making a donation to the BGW, in your names thanks for the help ...I hope when I grow up im just like you guys one day |
