Well I’ve finally got the cart running and charging. I wanted to thank all of you for your help. I ended up sending the controller back and they replaced it with a new one which seemed to solve the problem and the cart seems to be running fine now.
On the charging issue I took a closer look at the charger receptacle on the cart and found that the gray wire connector had come unsoldered from the connector in the receptacle. So I opened it up, re-soldered it, and put it back together. Cart charges as it should now. Thanks again to everyone for all of you help. |
