UPDATE
I switched the throttle to 0 - 5 ohms. With that it started working but the throttle is very very touchy and gives whiplash. If it change it back to ITS, it does nothing but clicks. Any thoughts?

You should read my prior post #10. The ITS doesn't like getting wet.

When and if it dries out, will the usually start working again or should I just order another one?

I'm no cart expert. Hardly a beginner, but why would my cart work on 0-5 ohm which is number 1 in throttle type but not any other selection? Like ITS or 5-0k

It is not working properly and either is the ITS lift the floor mat, access cover and dry the ITS box out with your wife's hair dryer. Then put the program back on ITS and defaults..... it should work

Good bit of detective work SC

Thank you for the advice. I will blow dry the area tomorrow and report back with my findings.

I wouldn't wait if I were you. The longer sensitive electronics are wet, the less of a chance there is for recovery.

I called Alltrax and had their tech guy go through some diagnostics on the phone with me. He had me take readings from different areas of the system with no to full throttle and after not liking the readings he had me send him the settings. Once he reviewed the settings and agreed it looked right he had me bypass the controller and then the wheels started spinning. At that point he told me to send it back.

They ran diagnostics on it for 3 days. Then called and told me they could not find anything wrong. I told them what I had done and when they did the same they had the same problem I did. They wiped it clean (reloaded software) and tried it again and said all was good. They sent it back and I have been running it every since (about 6 months). They bypassed the controller because I had just put a new motor in and they wanted to make sure I did nto do anything wrong during the install.

That was the second time the controller did that to me. First when I put it in and then when I changed the motor.
