Cart wobbles/shimmys - Bent Axle???

I have a 2008 RXV (6 seater). I bought this last Fall and it had a wobble/shimmy but the tires were in bad shape.

I replaced tires, replaced rear springs with heavier duty springs and have aligned the tires. While the shimmy is better at 5-10 mph range the car still has a side to side wobble and I'm baffled why.

Friend of mine said it could be a bent axle. How would I check this.

I have ridden beside the cart at various speeds and the tires look fine.

Put on jack stands and use a straight edge of some sort and rotate each tire and look for out of round or wobble.

I'll try that. If it's the axle, probably not too difficult to replace.
