Re: 2008 EZ Go
A new Trojan T-105 cost me $105 just down the road from you. Used ones would hopefully be cheaper, but I've never priced one.

Re: 2008 EZ Go
Morning all
hate to keep asking questions...but I left my borrowed charger on overnight...battery meter volts on cart show 44.5. The ammeter on the charger shows 5 where yesterday it was in the 15 range. The charger instructions says it will automatically shut off when completely charged...any idea how much longer it should charge? Thanks |

Re: 2008 EZ Go
The charger will automatically turn off when it reaches a set voltage OR when it times out. If your bad battery is preventing the pack from fully charging, the charger will finally give up.
I think the general consensus is that you probably won't hurt the batteries if left on until it times out IF you have a healthy pack. You may be overcharging the healthy ones if one isn't "pulling its weight". Be sure and check electrolyte levels after charging completes, as you may need to add distilled water more frequently with one bad apple. |

Re: 2008 EZ Go
Check it now (while it's still charging). Give us a reading (to the 1/10 volt) of each battery and the pack total.
