2007 PDS txt Alltrax dcx 600 trying to die help.

1. Cart left on at dealer key switch on in fwd for 8 hours by mistake by a tech. after new motor install. Getting it home it shuttered and would only go 5 mph. Cooled down after 2 hours it ran.
2. Couple of days later slowing to stop cart shuttered to stop fast. Turned on and off PDS switch forward, ran fine.
3. This has happened 2 more times.
4. Tonight rode fine for 3 miles, stopped for grocery pick up, key and switch off. Came out, nothing when key in fwd switch, lifted seat no light on controller, waited a couple of mins, flipped fwd/rev couple of times no light on controller, checked connections key switch, peddle and have full pack voltage. Finally 5 mins later put in fwd, light on controller, solenoid activates, on way home 2 miles in shutters came to a stop. Turn all off starts up fine and got it home.
5. Since its intermittent hard to troubleshoot, I think the controller is trying to give it up, any suggestions.

Maybe the few/rev switch dropping out could this be doing this, since controller light would not light up, it always green, I have seen no red or error codes.
