with lithium I would not charge untill they are nearly dead.
Lithium batteries are good for X cycles. No need to charge every time you use 10% to me thats stupid

Lithium batteries can be charged at any time. A 10% or 20% top up doesn’t equate to a cycle. On very rough terms, two 50% charges is equivalent to one 100% charge, as are 5 20% charges.

There’s also no requirement to complete a full charge. You can put charge into it at any time and for any length if time. Charging from say 20% up to 50% then using the battery will cause no problems.

I don’t know why that sticker is on the battery, possibly a carry over from Lead Acid days and the dealer also mimicking lead acid convention.

Yah agree you would want to follow that on lead acid.

I believe it is not for battery protection or longevity, but so the next user doesn't have a dead battery. Some of our equipment at work had similar decals. In a fleet application they want the last user to charge it. Star uses that same battery in their industrial line of vehicles, as well as selling them for other applications. The dash would be a better place for a charge reminder decal though..

Decal or not, the dealer will always charge your cart. Prevents frustration that your cart is dead.

Yep, makes sense in a fleet situation, but as you said, it’s better placed on the dash than the battery itself.

If you put it on the dash it would mess up the Feng shui of the cart!

I will say, the Sirius is a sharp looking cart. I am also hearing claims of 100+ mile range with that 210 battery, when driven conservatively in fairly flat terrain.. Impressive if accurate.

210ah is a lot of stored energy, so yes, very possible.
