The tires spinning like that is just the open differential under no load. Nothing wrong there.

Ok, Ill see what happens when I get it put back together. Threw me off because when we pushed it to load it on the trailer the tires were locked up and only one would spin depending on which direction we pushed the cart. The battery was dead, so I figured maybe it had something to do with that.

Alright, Cart is back together and seems to be flowing fuel as expected. Ive got to replace the battery and it looks like the spark plug is carbon fowled from all the flooding issues last season. Hopefully she'll be up and running soon!

What kind of oil/fuel ratio are you running because that will also foul the plug
