I did take a look at my magnetic dip stick after all those runs. It showed a very minimal amount of the very fine metallic particles. I would say no doubt setting the clearance on all the shafts minimizes the amount produced. It also makes the engine a lot quieter as another benefit.

I was up in Philli for a long weekend but just got back to the island late morning. It is a tough ride back on a weekday morning coming down from north Philli down I 95.

Took Vicki out for a ride today but it was just to the post office and back. It was a little colder out riding than I expected. Good news is she fired right up and ran great. It is nice when your carb is just so for a chokeless cold start and the engine performs without a hitch

WOW My new neighbor had 80% of the trees cleared from his lot. My view of the Bay has quadrupled to say the least.

Pretty cool looking out my bedroom window at the Bay. The sad side of this story is the spaces I can thru are where houses were destroyed by Super Storm Sandy and the lots were never rebuilt on
