![]() I have pretty much redone everything on this cart 3in lift kit new batteries heavy duty controller 4gauge cable shorten DandD controller on the stock 36 volt Motor and it goes dead after a day of use maybe 5miles 10 miles some holes uneven ground I feel like this thing should go way farther and I drive it half throttle most of the time. Had the cart for 4 years now and I can't figure out this problem.

![]() 10 miles of stop and go is not bad and with uneven surfaces and probably carrying a load....
What type and amp hour batteries are you using and exactly how old are they? |

![]() Do you have brakes adjusted correctly, (no drag)? What charger do you have?

![]() "Some holes uneven ground..." Are you talking about a hilly golf course?

![]() Brakes are adjusted fine a wheel spin freely and no I do not use this cart on any sort of golf courses it is my hunting buggy but I also use it on camping trips so on Road off road potholes bumpy roads I live in Florida not much for hils here. Last weekend I use it was a hard packed Limerock Road maybe got five miles out of it. I'm just wondering is there some sort of part that I need for the 48 volt system to a 36 volt battery to make it efficient?

![]() Are you saying you are using 36v batteries on a cart equipped for 48v?
