![]() New to this but have an 04 G22 put a new long travel jakes lift kit with 22" tires. New complete power kit with 2 new sheathes. New belt and the kart jerks when going up incline or starting from dead stop. Have taken the driven clutch apart three times just to make sure it is right. Dont know what to do now. Could it be my drive clutch?

Yes it could, does it rev a bit before engaging? |

![]() A new sticky belt will grab on the starter, but should run smooth in motion. Some dust/dirt/wear will settle it down after a little while. Primary (drive) clutch is the place to look for engagement problems, I'd check the rollers in there.
