Default steering help please

i have a 98 gas club car that has a lift kit and i took the front end a part to clean it up and to replace a tie rod and wheel bearing. now when i put it back together no matter what i do when i put it back together the steering knuckle keeps getting in a bind. so i ordered a new thinkinking maybe it was worn and still the same results is there a certian way its suppose to go. i have tried to loosen and adjust it still no luck i am sure i am missing something. thanks mike

Maybe its not the tie rod end, I guess it could be in the rack and pinion assembly. First i would check to see that its not binding up somewhere. The rod the tie rod end is connected to isnt at a sharp angle is it, not letting it push or pull? Hell i dont know either, just started thinkin. Maybe it will get your wheels turnin. hope you get it worked out

Take a picture so we can all have a look. It is probably something simple. Stupid question but did you grease the new ball joints up?
