Default When i push the pedal nothing happens

I have a 1995 electric club car I think and all the batterys are charged but when the key is on and i push the pedal nothing happends. If i switch it into reverse the buzzer doesnt sound either. I have wire diagrams and I traced the wires from the forward/reverse switch to the key and the pedal. Looks ok to me. Where do i look next for the problem?

Joelcal, you should check and see where you have voltage and where you don't. Trace the battery cables and check voltage on the last + post to the - post on the first battery. Check battery voltage at the solenoid both sides. Does the voltage change at the solenoid when you press on the pedal?
Have you checked for wire continuity from the switch to the solenoid?

if nothing is happining than the reverse mnicr must be wired wrong cause the buzzer shoulkd at least come on......than get a voltage meter put the cart on charger and leave it till charger shuts off on its own..........check your voltage in each battery and write the #,s down if you have to check each cell tith a hydrometer also and load test the batts..................take your time do it right..................once your done with that get a peice of 6 gage cable and hump the large post on solenoid, turn key on put cart in gear and press pedal down if wheels start spinning you found your problem replace your solenoid if it dosn,t work post all your voltage 3,s we can tell a few things from there............................................. ...........

Welcome to the forum joelcal...................

Just one bad connection at a battery terminal connection can cause this.

Pull the cables one by one and clean them. Chances are they will need it anyway. You cannot tell by looking that they are bad.

If it's not the fix, at least you will have eliminated the most common cause of golf cart problems.
