![]() I have a 4 seater Urbee myself and I'm also looking on how to obtain more torque, the vehicle will not go up a steep hill, but will run forever on semi flat ground and do about 20 MPH. what was your final outcome of this project, i was just wondering if the gear ration on the rear end could be changed?

![]() Rayhaque good day, I have the same vehicle its called an Urbee and the motor controller fried on the vehicle, literally smoke was coming out of it like a barbecue. I was wondering what the outcome was, what controller did you go with, and what did you do about the throttle control connectors, with a new controller, did you have to rewire them also? I think I have a big piece of #$%^ I cant get parts for and might just have to scrap it?
