Is the area circled the one you want a close up of?
I assume a still pic not video

The guy got the part from the local CC dealer

Yes... Maybe a vid turning the clutch by hand slowly. They might have given him counter clockwise driven clutch by mistake. Just trying to be sure but that would explain your noise if that's the case.

All my focus on the clutch and I just noticed something not right with the belt also. See it moving up and down in the clutch? May have a chunck missing. Check it. Lol

I just called the previous owner and he told me a few things
Noise was louder before replacing driven clutch

Dealer told him the noise was from driven clutch
looked up part based on cart serial number
He just sent me a pic of the parts pkg - see below
It came off with just a little prying he put the new one on with a new bolt and washer
He also replaced both belts

He told me he never added oil to rear end nor changed that oil
I guess I could look into doing that

We take our carts in the water sometimes and the rear ends do get water in them! I have seen nothing but water come out of the drain which means it had grease in it!!! Quite possible it could be dry. Hope that fixes it! Your welcome to give me a call if you need to... Trouble shooting may be a little easier over the phone. (407)491-5843

It's has 2 plugs... Fill plug and drain plug. drain oil from lower plug and when it's empty replace plug and fill from top plug til it's full. I use a piece of rubber hose on the gear oil bottle to fill. It's been a while but think plugs are on the left side of transaxle. One near the bottom and one near the top.

The AM10419 is a driven clutch mounting bolt/washer, Wood-ruff key kit,
Club Car requires that you replace them when removing/replacing the driven clutch!

Unitized transaxle drain and fill pic:

lockman1 funny you posted that pic I found it last night in an older post that you made and used it to change oil this morning-just whitened it up a little
since the parts bag used to install driven clutch had AM10419 on it does that mean it was installed properly?

The guy I bought it from said that it is quieter now after replacing driven clutch. It must have been really screaming before because its still a really loud
grinding noise. I'll make a video of it being hand turned
lightninlarry asked me to do that also
i used tractor to lift and tilt cart to drain and fill oil
