PDS 36 volt ezgo. Completely submerged under salt water from Hurricane Ermine
Can I get any suggestions how to tackle this golf cart? I have never seen this happen before. It was under 7 Ft. of salt water. How should I proceed in fixing this cart????

replace every wire and electrical part on the cart. DO NOT LEAVE A SINGLE WIRE. Replace them ALL.
Strip the cart to it's frame and clean/repaint the entire frame. Repack/replace every bearing and bushing. Drain and clean the rear end (including the axle tubes) and put fresh gear oil in. |

Get rid of it, quick. Your money would be better spent on something not compromised that way. You don't want to find out how must it costs to build a golf cart piece-by-piece.

And you need to lift the cart up and stand it straight up on each end to get all the water out of the frame tubes. and wash it out. Or the frame will rust in two in a year.
I guess you mean Hurricane Hermine |
