I don't believe that for one minute. Electrically, it makes no sense.

we have had it happen at least to 4 different converters.... when you test with metter 36 was going in and 36 was going out

both and other shops have had the same problem with diferent makes of converters

Check the output rating of the reducer to see how many accessories (watts or amps) you can run from it.

I don't want to get in a piss'in match with anyone but I've only seen two reducers over the years that have failed and both had 36v in, 0v out???????

no worries but theres many manufactors of these products... the company we bought them from dont them sell one any more i have had one go bad and it had 0v out the one end

Not to mention that if the load/devices are properly installed with appropriately sized fuses then even if the converter/reducer does fail it will blow the fuses before getting to the load/devices.

Sorry, I'm not buying what you're selling either. Any mfr that would allow a product to operate in the manner you describe is headed for trouble.

Care to enlighten us with mfr/make/model etc. We'll then know to stay away from those!

fuse do not understand voltage a 20 amp fuse will work on any 12,36,48 72 volts
