Speed cost's money. How fast do you want to go. You can do the little upgrade and get a new motor....but you'll probly need a new controller to go with it. Tell her you need $1200 to start.

Re: Speed Upgrade ??? What do I need???
http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...et-26-mph.htmlYou'll need $300, (shipped without a core,) and a phone call to PlumQuick Motors for an IQ Motor. No matter what speed setting you have you'll get speeds up to 24MPH with better torque then you had before. A controller will get you more torque at lower speeds but no real help at WOT. Here is a link of what I did to my IQ cart but forget about doing the Code 4 setting since at best it might get you another 1 or 2 MPH.
