Well here is some progress pics of the cart coming back together. Getting the pedals back into this thing was a little bit of a challenge.

Rear end is back in the cart and front suspension is on .

Engine area prepped, mount cut so engine will mount and engine in.

I didn't reply because I trust in you to do a great job on a cart you may be slightly unfamiliar with...

until I saw the yellow paint!

(thought maybe it might come closer to red!)

There has been some challenges along the way as I have had to refer to the manual a few times to remember where bolts go....

Color is not my doing, just working out the deets.

Now I need to put the old parts for this thing up for sale, need to make room in the shop.

So for those have done this to a club car, what is the fix for the gas tank strap when you can’t find a replacement?

use a ratchet strap.

I'm not sure if they put 2 on them as mine came with only the back strap?

My 92 had two straps. Not much looks different from the pictures. Could just hook up a couple hose clamps together to make your straps.
