Bench test 4 charger ?
Hello, I would like to know if there is a way I can tell if a used Yamaha 48v charger is good without the batteries. Is there a way to bench test it?
I only have six 6v at the time. It is an older Yamaha 48v charger. Thank you for your time. Scottyb |

Re: Bench test 4 charger ?
Can't help on the charger diagnostics, but if you had an additional 12 battery and some jumper cables you could make up a 48v series loop to see if the charger works. It would take some doing and probably be dangerous as hell!

That's so simple! And not nearly as dangerous as inflating tires with explosives! Thank you.
