87 marathon

My friend and I just recently purchased a '87 ezgo marathon and new to owning a golf cart. It already has a lift and we put 22x11x10 tires/rims on it. We also were able to get a new tinted winshield and battery. We were thinking of replacing the drive belt? with the shorter one since we have bigger tires. What else should we look at and maybe replace?
