Default new batteries help

doin a first time charge on my new pack, was wondering what amps is a full charge on my charger, my cart is 36volt and its a 94

38.2 volts is a full charge. This is a settled reading taken 24+ hours after the charge has completed.

its a lestronic 2,, its reading around 13 amps and been charging for 4 hours,,

Not sure what charger you have but just about any Golf cart charger built in the last 25 years has auto shut off

as it charges the amps go down and it shuts off rite,,
these r new batteries,
Is the best thing to do is just let it charge until the charger turns off?

Yes. Let the charger finish. The 1st charge is the longest maybe 16hours. Depends upon the SOC of the batteries. Following charges will be shorter. Go to the http://cartsunlimited.net/Home_Page.html and read every page that has battery in the title while you wait for the charge to finish...
