Driven clutch machined & Belt Adjusting
After having driven clutch machined and new severe duty belt. I moved motor all the way back and belt is still realy tight and clutch is not all the way closed. I think if motor was farther back belt would ride higher. Has anyone took washers out from behind motor mounts to get motor to slide back more?

Welcome to BGW drenlin!
Until we get to know you... you might want to add the year and model of your cart! I'm guessing you got your belt and had your clutch machined at CPP... correct? if so, have you talked with CPP about it yet? (awesome customer service) There are 2 slightly different sized belts, and yes, removing the spacers "may" help, But I'd suggest talking with CPP about it first! |

The local place that machined your clutch, have they done golf cart clutches before?
