Where to install aux 12V batt on a 01' Club Car DS 36V
I have a deep cycle marine battery I want to install on my 2001 DS 36V cart and I'm not sure where to mount it. I have no rear seat FYI. Are there any pics of a member's cart that has done this install?
Thanks in advance. |

I have been searching for the thread that has the pic of someone that did this. They mounted in the similar place as I mounted my onboard charger and new controller. Here is a pic of mine. You can add extra braces to support the battery and since you should not have anything there now, it should fit fine. You might want to try and search for installing extra 12v.

Although my cart is much older, I put mine behind the existing batteries by building a tray for the deep cycle battery. It works great and is easy enough to access.
