This is the maintenance mode switch on mine. It's just a little yellow cam that you flip over in order to run the motor in neutral:

I will look at mine later. I think its different. is not suppose to start in neutral? Mine does in all spots f,r,and n.

Yeah it's not supposed to run in neutral during normal operation.

I think it has to do with that switch. I been looking over the diagrams but I do not see the one that matches. I will have to double check on PC .its small on phone. Any idea what they charge at?

Maybe it's some kind of kill switch that someone added. I've never seen one or heard anyone on here talk about one before.

I have not had much time to play with it.. I did notice the wiring diagrams here on site are for a 86 and older . on Friday we has cart guy doing maintenance on the salesmen cart .I sneaked over to picked his brain on the switch.. He told me to rewire it.. the older ones are a pain. He went to say the carts are worthless and i got ripped off.. Anyway .. the tie rod on the rack is very loose any thought where to get one?

Cart Parts Plus has tie rod ends. I'd check there.
