Yamaha Clutch Puller Bolt From Snowmobile???
I have read that some of the parts from the Exciter snowmobile are interchangeable. I was wondering if I could use a YAMAHA CLUTCH PULLER 79 ENTICER 250 300 76 EXCITER 340 440 BRAVO 79 TOOL REMOVER on my 83 G1? They are only $24 with free shipping instead of $39 with $10 shipping. It sure would be a savings if there was a snowmobile that used the same type of clutch. Does anyone know if this will work?

Re: Yamaha Clutch Puller Bolt From Snowmobile???
NOTE - The correct thread for the clutch puller is 14mm dia. x 1mm pitch and is a very difficult size bolt to find in stock anywhere. Using a spark plug for the bolt will not work because the spark plug thread is 14 mm x 1.25 mm pitch.
Good luck - RAY |
