IIRC every voltage must be lower than the voltage field above it.

Welp.....I took it out today for a ride as it has warmed up a bit (now 27 degrees) and we have about 6" of snow on the ground. Not the light fluffy stuff.

I was pushing the cart hard to see what it would take\do and as I was coming up a hill, not necessarily a really steep hill, and I had it "floored" the entire way. I was also plowing through untouched 6" of heavy snow. Then the BMS shut down. Looking at the pic below item #3 says "cell over discharge protection is released". As I was at a dead stop I just shut the BMS down and then turned it back on. So, my guess is the UVP had kicked on. I think when I shut it down, the previous log was probably wiped out of data.

These Leaf cells will drop below the 2.5V when the pack is getting lower, but when at a rest they may read 3.1. They are not drawn to low when this occurs as I've done this several times over the years.

If I posted the right pic, my cell UPV is set at 3.5V. And the recovery is 3.6V. So, I think the BMS was doing what it was instructed to do.

So, to prevent this I think I need to set the cell UVP back to the area of say 2.8V and the recovery to the 2.85V. That way the only time I should get a shutdown would be if the pack V is nearing the low end and I'm giving it to much juice. My ZEVA would shut down when the pack go to 50V and I was going up a hill. So, I'll change these settings and I should be good to go. Besides, I know when I'm approaching 50.0V at a rest that I have very little juice left and must get charged.

Yea when you rebooted the BMS that probably bypassed any timed recovery functions. The UV protection should be voltage related for recovery, but may also have a time component too. Would have to check the settings.
