![]() Feels like out of balance front tires, but this is the 3rd set of wheels&tires
I have had on this cart and all of them did this. The first two sets I thought it was flat spots on the tires from sitting. This 3rd set is DOT approved and I asked guys who had these tires if they flat spotted and they all said no. Could it be front shocks are wore out? Anything else to consider ? |

![]() Jack up the front and spin the wheels. Look for out of round or bent. Bounce the front end and see if it quickly damps out. I have not had this problem with my G29's but they do ride kind of rough with one person in them. ALso - make sure it's really the front and not the rear.

![]() Thanks for the reply.
When I bounce the front end it's very stiff and it sticks for a second about half way through the bounce. It does that if I am bouncing the right or left side. I bounce the rear, and it is smooth through the whole travel of the suspension. The G29 is a "rebuild" . Possibly high mileage from a golf course then rebuilt? We have had it 5 years and it has been reliable, but it never did ride very good. |

![]() I would check for binding or anything slightly bent in the front end. Fleet carts get pretty well beat up and rebuilds often make them look new but don't address all of the potential issues. I like my two G29 carts but I have to admit that the ride isn't the best - especially since I ditched 300 lbs by installing Lithium batteries in both of them. They ride best with two riders. It might help to compare your cart with another G29 to see what might be slightly different up front. Ride greatly increases if you lower tire pressure. I wouldn't run more than about 12 to 15 lbs.

![]() does it bounce at all speeds or only WOT?
I ask because mine has a bit of a bounce when I am wide open. If i slow up a tiny bit, no more bounce. |

![]() It happens at all speeds over about half throttle.
I lowered tire pressure a couple times, no difference. My buddy has a Club Car, a 2016, we traded carts for a drive around the block and his Club Car rides very smooth. |

![]() I had the same issue with a new to me 2015 gasser. It is a PTV so it has the DOT tires which are rated at around 900lbs per tire load. It rode very rough and bounced all the time. I found the tire pressure was set around 25psi. I lowered it to 15psi and it still bounced and rode rough. I lowered it to 10 PSI and now it rides like a baby buggy. Still makes 25mph with just a governor adjustment. Try 10 psi if you have DOT tires. 205/65-10 Loadstars Load range "B" Also they make that same tire as a trailer tire with a "D" rating. Those would be like riding on rocks.
