Re: Alltrax controller issue, inductive throttle switch
The collar the microswitch lever rides on ought to be a bit closer to the ITS sensor to keep it from breaking the replacement switch. The actual distance the end of the plunger is from the ITS sensor isn't all that critical when using an Alltrax controller with an auto-cal throttle feature like your's has. However, the end of the plunger ought to be even with the other end of the tunnel in the ITS sensor, or slightly protruding, when pedal is on floor.
The ITS sensor is a proximity sensor, so there will be a reading when the pedal switch contact close. The auto-Cal feature in the XCT will call that 0% throttle. Once you get the plunger adjusted a bit closer and the pedal microswitch replaced, clear the throttle auto-cal and let the XCT re-learn the min/max throttle voltages from the ITS sensor. |

Re: Alltrax controller issue, inductive throttle switch
Could be
If you haven't got a replacement ms. just tire the red and green wires from the pedal ms together and retest throttle... does it go now? |
