DPI Charger

From what my local dealer told me DPI was required to lower the voltage going to the transformer to meet gov regs.. That board at least in his exp has had a high failure rate.. Sounds like yours died. I think there is a fuse on it if you want to look.. I'm still waiting on them to call me back

Back in the day you could call Rick on the service line, he'd mail us a board, with a UPS label, ship the broken one to them, 2-3 day turn around MAX. Now 2-3 weeks if we're lucky.

Well I finally got through again and the lucky individual that answered the phone was the same person I talked with on the 13th... Tells me I wasn't listed in the system.. Hmm, I talked with you and sent you an email with the information you needed... Hmmm, Oh I found it.. He had never entered my request. Thinking he may be a bit overwhelmed.. Oh well, he apologized and said he would try to get the parts sent out a quick as possible.. We will see. Crap happens I guess.

Make them email you a tracking number. That’s what I had to do. My new charger is on the way. They emailed me a tracking number today. Time will tell if this one works. I’m looking for a spare charger. Batteries are way to expensive. I’m gonna have a spare charger.

I already have spares but that is just me.. I am going to cut the lad some slack for now. I worked 5 years on a help desk averaging over 100 calls a day in the IT world. I understand.. Now if I don't get my cable I am sending someone there with a big stick,,

Got an email yesterday with a tracking number. Parts should be here Monday. Snuffy did you ever get yours ?
