Just a follow up
The back up horn was indeed bad/well weak As once I had it remove from dash you could barely hear it. New horn ordered.
Thanks again to all those that replied to help troubleshoot.

Just a follow up on this thread. Back up. Alarm was behind dash. Since most all my electrical problems on this cart have been bad or corroded conetions. I removed cup holder portion of dash. Screw driver was all it took to pop it off. Drilled out rivets holding beeper and checked for 48 volts at connectors.
To my surprise voltage good but somehow a beetle had died inside the unit blocking diaphragm. Tweezers to remove beetle, works great. Guess that would be a electrical bug problem lol.😊

Has been mice usually eating "vegetable oil" plastic wiring
but I've never seen an actual bug in the electric device problem.

Ah yes, the cockroach in the vacuum tubes. We've gotten away from the tubes, but there's no stopping the bugs!
