That is how it checks out. How to test controller? How often do the throttle switches go bad? Can I bypass the throttle switch to test? Thanks for the help. One more thing. When I test pack voltage from b- to m- with pedal all the way down no voltage drop.

If the solenoid clicks, the pedal switch is working.
If you get full battery pack voltage between B- and M- when solenoid first clicks, the high current circuit is intact.
If the voltage doesn't drop when pedal is pushed to floor, either throttle or controller is bad.
If the throttle voltages are good (attachment#2 on my post#3 tell you how to check), the controller is bad.

The DCS controller was a poor design and fails often, so don't replace it with a stock controller. Install an Alltrax XCT48400-DCS ( or larger) and your cart will do over 20 MPH on stock height tires.
