Default Cart acting up

New batteries just installed. Ran fine for 2 days.

Yesterday I noticed the reverse buzzer sometimes wasn’t sounding.

Today, after charge, went around campground fine.

Just now took it to go up front, and it would just stall out.

Then barely go, then stall out..

Got back to camper, pedal all the way down, but cart barley moving.

I have my tester with me, just shotty internet...

Last year I had a new controller put in...

Can’t believe I’m finally ready to use it, and it dies...

Any help?

Tommy, I can’t help with much but is anything getting hot? Any of the hi amp cables? When you replaced the batteries, did you get everything torqued down properly? I’ve also read about guys getting a bad brand new battery in a set. Have you put your meter on the pack when it’s struggling?

Oh, and should probably tell these guys a little more about the cart. What controller did you put in? Everything else stock?

I just put new batteries in mine and all were reading 11.9 volts. I had to charge all of em overnight before use. My soc meter showed 23% charge when installed.

Just wanted to come back around to this.

I was camping with really low internet signal. However, I did get to read the comments, and low and behold....

loose nut on battery IV... totally arc'd and melted onto the post...

Couldnt even get the battery wire off.

Anyway, battery store sold me one at cost at least, and a new cable made for now.

All is going again, thanks for your help guys!

Did you have a shop install them? If so, they should not charge you for a new battery or cable repair. They left the nut loose.

If not, at least you got it with no markup.
