If you know a place that will pour new hot lead on a damaged terminal to repair it, you should be talking to the old guys at that place. No one does that type of stuff that I know of. See if they will let you see their process of doing so. Not to copy their work, but to see how they did it, and see if it is a awesome job like how a real battery terminal is made.
