Johnnie b,

thanks for the diagram! We need to go to step "46" which is not on what you sent.
Could you please send the next step or so that includes "46"

thanks,

roy

Looking at the diagram, one path leads you to "Replace ITS" while the other leads you to 46. I'd assume if you are headed to 46, your ITS is good.

Question Re: Pds its testing

Adjusted the "its" to specs. Still shuddering with 1/2 to full pedal depression.

Getting lost here or just going mad.

Anybody got any suggestions?

Thanks,

roy

Cool 2001 ez go pds

Really lost on this car.

I.t.s. Is fine, new speed sensor, curtis 1206 checked okay by fsip,
pulled motor and looks and runs with no bearing noise.

It will run fine at low speed. When you get from 1/2 to full acceleration it again slows down and the motor studders.

What do you think it could be?

Thanks,

roy

Worn brushes in the motor.

Battery or batteries failing under load.

Bad controller.

Worn insulation of F1/F2 wires.
