EZGO 36 volt series issues

Reversed the A1 and A2 cables on the motor and now it goes forward in reverse and nothing in forward. Cables still getting hot.

How do I jump the 1/2 speed reverse? Jump to where?

Look at the wiring diagram. At the microswitch is where you'd do that. It's a long shot, but maybe your controller is partially dead. Not having 1/2 speed reverse signal may piss it off.
