Man I can’t thank you enough!

I checked all of the its voltages. All are good except the first, B- and controller pin 2 until solenoid clicks. I get 13.9 which is well outside the 9.0-11.5. Tried to drive cart and it won’t pull itself along. It sort of vibrates/shakes like the batteries are dead but they are measuring 37.9. When in forward and pedal pressed there no voltage on the orange wire (it looks like pin #3 though??) going from drivers side to pass, white black orange red. Thoughts?

Where are you measuring 37.9v? You need to be measuring at the Controller B+ & B- terminals.

That’s where I measured it.

The 13.9V on Pin-2 indicates there is an open or high resistance in either the black or white wire. The voltage range for Pin-2 with the 4 pin in-line connector disconnected is 13.0V to 15.5V, so you're getting a good reading at Pin-2 with the ITS sensor in the pedal box not connected.

If it isn't bad wiring, or bad ITS sensor, it is a bad controller.

------------
You're right, the orange wire is Pin-3. I must have looked at wrong schematic.

Still fighting with this cart and johnnie’s last post confused me. The previously posted tests for ITS value on pin 2 shows 9-11 when solenoid clicks but mine is outside that at 13.89.

Using the if it’s not bad wiring or bad its then a bad controller theory, I have a known good controller, known good its and in getting the same results. On both the white and black wire to ITS I get the same reading in the pedalbox as I do at the controller.

There is no voltage on orange wire for half speed reverse.

Any other thoughts?

I spoke too soon. Found a corroded connection between 2 of the batteries. Cleaned up the connection and everything is good.

Thanks for all the help with this problem!
