Thank you for the steps to check my estimate range. I will check this next time I go for a long run
You have a Gen IV. Do you have the manual for it?

Unless the previous batteries were US Battery brand, it is very likely to be set to the wrong charge mode and isn't fully charging your new batteries.

Look under the "Battery Type Mode- Select" cover and the switches from left to right ought to be up-up-dn-dn-up. (Mode 07).

US Battery has one of the highest At-Rest voltages don't like being undercharged.

The switches are vertical on the Gen IV charger, and for some reason, are numbered from the bottom to the top. The bottom switch is number one and the top switch is number 5. The manual shows the switch positions from left to right but you have to convert them to bottom to top when you set them. For Mode 7 start at the bottom switch and go up. Then the switches will be left left right right left. When you first plug the charger into the cart the top three leds will flash for a few seconds to show the charger is in mode 7.

The switches are under the rubber plug on the front of the charger. You can download the manual from the DPI web site.

Thanks for the info. I will change the settings on my charger and see if it makes a difference
