If your solenoid clicks, all of the wires (small) are OK, with the possible exception of the ITS wires/spade connectors/Molex plug.

See if yours has a four wire Molex connector on the cable that goes from the throttle box to the wiring harness, usually located between the FNR and the controller/solenoid, see pic. If it does, eliminate this plug by butt splicing or soldering then quality heat shrink.

If this doesn't fix it, your problem lies in the high current circuit - controller, batteries, FNR, solenoid, motor, and all cables and connections.

If you download the repair/service manual from the Stickies, there is a very detailed troubleshooting guide in chapter E.

I have the moles bypassed still no movement, given the cables, FNR, batteries, solenoid are new that leaves the motor and controller.

Is there a way to definitely confirm the controller is bad or the motor? As putting M- to B- did not spin the motor.

Read the last sentence. If you connect one motor rotor terminal to one stator terminal, then connect 12 to 18 volts to the other two, motor should turn. Do this with cart on jack stands.

Do you have a wiring diagram and know how to read it?
